I'm currently reading BRRR and looking to get started by either doing this or get my feet wet doing house hacking. 

How much of a percentage of the wholesale fee Does someone in my position gets wet, splitting it with a partner.

While this is technically within my budget I was hoping to start a little smaller to get my feet wet. 

So I would say that you could put in a contract to charge an initial rate of 10-15% just to get your feet wet, but don't be scared to charge more. - I type out an owners report every month for my owners.
