I am seeking advice on what is the best direction to start in is it building my buyers list or sellers list or marketing I have taken in a lot of information but feel like I got the car all loaded up but got no destination so I would appreciate any advice that can guide me in the right direction also I would love to find a mentor willing to coach me in my area but not sure how to seek one out.

This is all spelled out in the lease pet addendum.Before permitting the dog on the property, we required a photo, name, weight, age, owner testimonial of the pets disposition and proof of current vaccinations.

The great thing is that your are doing something, it just isn't really that profitable for you.From a financial perspective, based on what you said, it was a terrible investment that cost you a boat load of money (bad contractors and expensive remodel tastes).
