I am seeking advice on what is the best direction to start in is it building my buyers list or sellers list or marketing I have taken in a lot of information but feel like I got the car all loaded up but got no destination so I would appreciate any advice that can guide me in the right direction also I would love to find a mentor willing to coach me in my area but not sure how to seek one out.

DCRA (permitting office) is very backwards but you can usually make out if you can find a property that isn’t loaded with regulations.
