They bought it from Fannie Mae, and the property's transaction history includes a document number for the special warranty deed issued for this transaction.I then went to the online portal for the deeds office in the county where the property is located, and looked up the PDF files for that deed.

Its a interest only loan and is valid for 12 months.

Even though it reverted to MTM, I believe all the provisions are still valid.

I can say the #'s make sense from an investment it's just finding a few other people in Indy such as a lawyer, home inspector, to validate the investment makes sense.

I forgot about a home warranty that was purchased along with the sale for replacing the first and made a $2000 mistake.
