i am seeking to rent out my single family house and am considering a property manager. what do you think i should look for in choosing one?

My llc owns the house and I hoped to rent it, but market conditions are not favorable and I’m changing course to selling.

My market has a low vacancy rate.

In Philly, my current tenant is paying 3x the long term rent through CRS (a temporary housing provider) because he lost his home due to a fire. 

For example, if a 1,600 sq ft main house is appraised at $100 sq/ft, what could I expect a 600 sq ft ADU of similar build quality to be appraised for?  

HELOCs usually have higher interest rates, but if they are bringing in rental income that offsets that cost, it could be worth it. 

There's certainly quite a few of us around but things have been kinda slow since the interest rates jumped up and BP is doing a revamp of their website and overhauling the different premium tier packages and I've noticed its been messing with notifications and keywords and such so some people are just missing posts they would normally see. 

Look historically what utilities has been costing and charge a flat rate. 

So, I tried to help the situation by getting a contractor to go replace the floor and remodel the bathroom so that the house is nicer for her.
