All depends on loan size, credit and property type. 

Does this mean any type of savings account, including high yield savings accounts like Goldman Sachs Marcus?

As of now I’m listening to the “BiggerPockets” the podcast and I just started since the first episode and it just made me have more motivation to accomplish my goals  I am in the process of currently changing my major from Marketing to Finance and Real Estate and I would highly appreciate any type of advice, that any of you have. 

This topic comes up so much that I put my reply in a BP blog to save my fingers from so much typing.  

Id like to start with as close to an A class type property as i can until i have a better handle on the areas.
