A shared interior wall shares bugs, barking and late night tv...annoying the occupant on the other side whether you or your future tenant.

Hi @Sean AutryYes some of my expenses would be different from normal rentals but I have them broken down and you could exclude all electric, gas, internet, TV, and furnishing costs and they would come out pretty much the same.

The funny thing about the real estate community is that its not as big as it looks on TV .

I had to put fines in place for when tenants wanted to throw diapers, tampons, tv's (kidding) down the toilet. - Family, and their families.

I think it's maybe a combination of impatience, the fix and flip tv shows and need for more education about the process and the players.
