Hi allI have been a plus member for about 3 years, this website is a great source of information , I hope this time , it will help me personally.This is my story:I am 56 years old, I have lived in NJ all my immigrant life, I will retire from my Government job on 06/01/19, Because We want a life change, We will move to Union Co N.C., We are planning to move by 07/01/2019.

The only downside is the features the home is lacking.

As I look to grow and purchase more properties I plan to bring on investors and wanted to better understand the concept so that I may better explain how to do it and how it works to potential investors as a source for them to draw from.

How did you source the deal?

one of the guys i do deals with in Oregon did.. did not help him.. not sure why he did it. he was already very good at sourcing distressed and complicated real estate deals.. just wasted 20k
