Im looking to purchase my first multi family and I was wondering what the best PM software would be for me to use?

He said there were additional benefits if you were an investor in Texas because the founders of the software/website were from Texas and so they had more insight/additional information available. 

We recently purchased Buildium for our property management software, and the software includes a rental application that I can customize which fields to include/exclude.

I have worked for a software company the past 20 years and my wife and I also own a Crossfit gym. 

Is there any good software, website, or spreadsheets out there that are awesome for keeping tracked of deals in the works?

I would pay for Remine, and other Predictive analytics software to help me target a demographic more likely to result in a sale.

Is there a software that makes it easy to break down the portion of the property when it comes to filing taxes. 

I have a background in property management software training ..was able to handle the tasks virtually.

They still have the software, the deal desk team, the phone support etc.We have some people come here to this forum claimer that we would not fund any deals for them when we have even extended a loan offer to them on properties.

Someone may have a referral for you or can make a suggestion on software they may use.
