Suggest you sit down with a mortgage agent that specializes with investors (you will be able to find a few on BP).

A patio with pavers will allow people to do a sitting area, put planters, etc.

If you are an investor, you want to be prepping to buy a lot or as much as possible as prices will go down in the coming months or years as the recession fully sits in.
