Whats your funniest or weirdest story?

I'll start with funny stuff left. I've had a handful of units where tenants left their "adult" toys. Once a whole box of goodies. Include funny excuses for late rent ect. Once I had a guy try to tell me multiple months that the rent must have been "lost in the mail". Once I could see but again isn't statistically reasonable. I've got more. I will wait...

Had a tenant come out of the apartment in shorts and t-shirt while I was clearing snow. 

temp was about 10 degrees.

said his heat hadn't worked for the past week.

"what!!!" I said, let me take a look and get this fixed right away!

go into the apartment.... All the windows are Fully opened (all 12) in every room!

"Why are Your windows open!?!?!" I ask

" For fresh air"
