This is my first rental property and I am in search of the first ever tenant.Currently I have one application from an old citizen who wants to move in from an assisted living facility.The property is not prepped for senior tenants.Is there any potential risk factors that I have to consider or modifications needed for the tenant?

Unless a warm bodied, US citizen the legal entity only has standing in the State it was formed. 

I haven't completed a portfolio loan yet, but I did seem to have good/positive conversations with Citizens Business Bank as well.

The “save our homes” was a constitutional amendment passed by the citizens, and this essentially caps how much the taxable value of a house can grow when a homestead exemption is in place to 3% a year.    

Thankfully these churches would like to have another revenue source and we often find the developments to be very complimentary for the church.All these churches would be open to selling the land/groundlease/JV depending on the developers goals and needs along with the specific church.I have a church in Fort Worth, T.X. that has 3.14 acres that they are looking at putting a 100 unit senior living/multifamily property (3 stories).

Don't know if there is a private alternative for enforcement (like a citizens' arrest, although this is civil).
