New Member - St. Louis Market
Hi everyone! My name is Ashley and I'm new to the Bigger Pockets community. I recently started reading "The Book on Rental Property Investing" and am starting to get excited about the prospect of beginning this journey. Once I am ready, I would like to start investing in multi-family units; specifically duplexes or more in the St. Louis region.
I am originally from an area near to STL so I'm familiar with the area, but I currently live in the Netherlands.
Does anyone have any advice regarding either being a long distance landlord or specically becoming a landlord in the STL region.
Thanks!

Hey Ashley,
Long-distance investing can be tricky to say the lease. We regularly deal with foreign nationals or US citizens who live abroad for the purposes of investing in rentable properties. If you ever need to discuss anything further, reach out anytime!
