If you negotiate a deal that will make someone else a strong profit, you will be in good shape.Overall, and especially with your first contracts, don't get greedy with your fees... start smaller until your reputation for finding good deals grows.

The spotcrime website seems to be a good one too.I wonder if there are any good places to identify trends over time:- quality of schools - improving or declining?

Here is an example taken right off the San Diego Tax Collectors website.

1) I have my Google Voice number forwarding to a cellphone I bought2) I have (50) bandit signs with that number on it3) I have an answering service4) I used the Google Voice number on my BiggerPockets account, a Classified Ad, a Wufoo form for bird dogs to submit a house, and my website.......So, when you Google search the phone number... it basically pops up with my information online.I deleted each form that had the number, but it still is available in the search.I'm waiting to see if it wipes over the next couple of days.Here's my question:Should I change my number so that it has no ties back to me?
