Hi,I'm interested in buying a rental property in Dallas or the outskirts of DFW.

We discussed that in 2 years he would either sell, Rent it out ( and we co own the rental)  or buy me out of my share at present market value.  

Looking to tap into my equity to get into rental properties.  

What short term rental platforms/sites have worked well for you that I should consider posting the property on?

Can you 1031 a duplex (long term rental currently) or multiple duplexes to invest in a beach front property and use it as a short term rental?

If you have a portfolio of, say, five rentals in your 401k when you are in your sixties that produce $7,000-$10,000/mo in passive income (rental cash flow) - then you simply take the rental income as your RMD without touching the properties.

Hello Joe,Congratulations on your purchases, if you are ever looking for a DSCR loan, please let me know, we do rental loans down to 1.1x and up to 75% LTV on a cash out refinance, or 80% LTV on a rate and term refinance.  

I just finished flipping another sfh that will be our first rental.

The last tenants at one of my SFH rentals were comfortable securing the property remotely based on the photos and video tour, signed the lease electronically, and sent all move in funds to me electronically before they moved to the area.
