Whoever hired the subs is responsible for reminding them to clean up after themselves or holding the next progress payment until the cleanup is routinely done as per the contract (assuming the contract requires the job site to be left in a tidy condition at the end of the work day)

I know we must be careful of discrimination and fair housing but, many potential tenants profiles had pictures of dogs or other pets which I don't allow and was just a reminder to ask while they toured property.
