Some"nice" packages like silver, gold, and platinum offered bya firm run from $3000 to $9000 per year for just three properties.Inall my learning the suggestion of using CPAs and attorneys came upoccasionally, sometimes as an afterthought, and only a couple oftimes I saw them used in examples with numbers that had no majorimpact (e.g. $27/month on a proforma... really!!?!??).

If you were to go down the business name route then your typical RE brokers will like more of a (bigger deal) so let’s say you have 3 or 4 of those houses then you can do it as a package deal!
