I am now in two minds whether I should go ahead with this plot, do you think that this view would impact the value of the house?

I quickly pulled out google map and noticed this area is next to the ocean........... in my opinion it's a risky area............

My mother-in-law has a house which we are helping to do some rehabbing and she is planning to rent it out.One of the problems that we noticed, is that the exterior wood stairs (connecting the kitchen and garage) is exposed, so if it's raining, it would be very inconvenient for the tenants.

Yeah I noticed the $2/tenant, doesn’t seem overly expensive to me.

So I've been noticing a lot of advertising for UPNEST lately on YouTube and was wondering if anyone can provide some honest review of their service. 

Usually, when someone loses their EM due to “bank incompetence” it’s because they didn’t have loan approval by their deadline, but went ahead instead of canceling while they had the right to, due to promises on the lender’s part.

I did notice that taxes are very high for the South Suburbs and am taking that into consideration.

Note that Pennsylvania law uses the term Notice to Quit instead of Notice of Default.

There are 2 units above and one of them already gave their 30 days notice and it's okay.

Make sure you give proper notice to discontinue the lease at the end of June, most states is 30 days unless expressly noted in the lease language.
