This means you don't have to rescind the offer if you're no longer interested.In the future, you'll likely find that a written/signed offer will get you more consistent responses...sellers often feel the need to respond (one way or the other) to formal offers versus "feeler" offers...

You ain't buying a job here, that comes free.then take the remaining half, and deduct all taxes and municipal charges, any recurring payables. multiply by 10 at most.

I spoke with another title company and the rules seem to be pretty consistent - Assignments aren't a problem, but the seller has to receive notice of the assignment, but not the amount of the resell fee.

Same here.I use a water base stain in past woodworking, the trick is to stir constantly keeping the same consistency, use a sponge, apply in even long strokes. water base doesn't get the overlap of heavier staining as old oil stains do or at least use to.

Some of my goals consist of first obtaining one property, then using the buy and hold strategy I plan on replacing my full time wages of 2000 per month, next I plan on raising  that amount to 5000 per month.
