I’m feeling pressure to get it back on the market ASAP because the uncertainty of America right now.

The increased rates are putting downward pressure on the market, so I believe sellers are becoming more open to other types of financing since homes are starting to see more days on market and sellers can become more “desperate” to sell.4.

Do I fix the water pressure regulator gauge now ($350 in each unit) or wait and see if it causes leaking later?  

Renovated the kitchen, painted interior, LVP flooring wall to wall, pressure washing, landscaping, new small deck out back.

Or do I sell everything, patch up the walls from hung artwork and wall mounted TV and list as a regular long term rental?

I am single with no children and do not feel any pressure or desire to move out of my parents house right now because the situation is truly a blessing.
