Also knowing where you place at intersections, as in telephone poles or stakes, facing traffic as it leaves to work from the target area or facing traffic as it comes home from work, what is too many signs and what isn’t enough, etc.I really look forward to hearing what you guys have to say.

It hasn't been as hard on me as on my wife because I was a bit more accepting of what I've seen coming for the past year or so.Anytime I think of dogs I'm always reminded of one of my favorite quotes from Mark Twain (my favorite writer) along the lines of;"hen you get to heaven leave your dog outside, heaven goes by favor, if it went by merit, the dog would go in, and you would stay out."

I have yet to purchase a place.And at the moment, I'm an engineer (... or slave) to an aerospace company and would like to supplement my income with investment property.Perhaps one day, with due diligence, 100% of my efforts will benefit me (by allowing me to leave engineering), instead of pulling the line for the slackers and monkeys at my company.

Hello I am new to this board the only experience I have is in a refinance this past year to purchasee a home in GA and leave AZ Listed our nice three bed 2 bth in April and May had a realtor who was busy carting MOM around .. doing his taxes and on vacation the week of the third attempt of closing..
