I understand after your phone system you can: a. answer calls live (not an option for me until after work) b. use a virtual assistant to answer your calls livec. use a live answering service, like PAT lived. use an answering machine e. use an internet call capture service Whatever the system is that works the best, it has to fit in my business model to create repeatable profits.

An 8 plex with one empty unit that has 21 or 25 parents and kids there can be pretty busy, loud and such concentration will make it harder to rent the last unit.

This action to seek the remaining amounts due is referred to as the deficiency judgment or deficiency amount.I really do advise, no wish, that people would get definitions from real estate taext books, like those used for real estate school for Realtors, law text books and accounting texts and not off the internet, and definately not out of guru books or real estate strategy type programs.

I am full time and could not do this starting out while holding another job, but once you get to a certain level, you are able to do more and with less time through building systems.I recommend that you concentrate on building your network of agents and contacts who can provide you deals (possibly look to true rehab wholesalers as well for deals).
