Tech is integrated into a lot, but integration does NOT make it the whole.

Hey Deangelo,I think the investor would like to know if the land is vacant or has some kind of improvements and fixtures integrated with or affixed to the land, including crops, buildings, machinery, wells, dams, ponds, mines, canals, and roads, among other things. 

So figuring out your strengths is integral to success. 

They are also very flexible and can be easily added on to, or interiors can be modified without compromising the integrity of the structure.

But as investor I would also look in the neighborhood not just that street.If 50-50 then its your comfort level Same with attach or integral garage ( at house vs basement lvl)All in all, its location location location.

I currently have them use Skype, and they have scripts linked to my website which pushes the information into Podio.Is anyone currently using a program which has the script integrated?  

Postlets is now Zillow Rental Manager -- integrated better into Zillow.... awesome app and you can use the HTML code to generate a Craiglist ad as well.
