 Hi everyone, since I’m still pretty new to investing in real estate, I might have a chance to invest in a 4 plex I wanted to know the pros and cons of the four Plex in a stable friend zone,  year round activities both indoors and outdoors very close to downtown and even to ski resort.

What I mean by that is one house could be a 2 bed room 1 bath rambler on a 10 acre plot, and their neighbor would be a house with 4 beds and 3 bath with 2 car garage, followed by a victorian style mansion...  

The most important thing to us is spending time as a family, and dont want to commit to a life style that requires 60+ work hours a week.

I believed I could make more money in REI thanks to leverage, rigorous tax planning, market timing (2009) and BRRR style.

They focus on Industrial and Commercial flat roofs but are excellent in shingles as well incase you have a mansoor style Flat.Or if you're a property manager or in property management or starting a property manager business & you need a roofing company to work with you and your property's. 

I found that they replaced vinyl in sections rather than the whole floor and used a different style and color to do so.
