The area is also becoming a very hip area with young adult professionals due to all the growth and fun things now in the down town area. 20 years ago I wouldn't have looked at that area.

Or live in a tent.So the growth in rental income is at the expense of money lent by the banks for home purchases.And our own tenants reflect that to some extent as well.The second link I find rather disturbing, that 41% if sales in my state are going to investors.
