Does anyone have experience/feedback using Cozy through the Apartments.com platform?

I have the opportunity to buy properties REO, from the online auction platform, from a wholesaler.

I use other platforms too but more that half my business is from AirBNB at this time but I’m looking to start a direct booing service also so I can be less dependent on a company that’s lost its mind.

Although I'm told that some platforms up to date than others and the pending status may not always be accurate.

If you want to learn and house hack, that's cool, just make sure you are buying a place that doesn't need obvious cap ex repairs in the near term, or you think it's going to appreciate and you wanna gamble. 

I have used local vacation property managers in the past and want to decrease my vacancy rates using the most cost effective platform with the smoothest processes/best experience for my guests.

I let my customer's log in to their own accounts across those platforms.  

I, too am old enough to have lived through when these adjustable rate loans took you to a worse place than a fixed, however, now it seems no one really considers that an issue, I still say it's something of a gamble.
