Airbnb/STR are much more active and you have to be involved in the day to day on a pretty frequent basis.

They had grand misconceptions, based on childhood brains not understanding how the world really works, that being a millionaire meant being Scrooge McDuck, owning a personal airplane, take frequent world-wide vacations, have chauffeurs maids and cooks, and being able to literally swim in a roomful of money.I think that what most net-worth people don't want to admit to themselves is that, yes, they are better off financially that the vast majority of Americans.

It's been a one trick pony for us because we have 4 kids and don't really want to move frequently, but I don't think I'll ever own a home without a basement apartment.

THAT is the system that is promoted, THAT is Jerryll is talking about, THAT is what I am referencing and THAT is what we are trying to help the BP community avoid WHICH the BP community is vastly frequented by, and I would dare say majority of, exactly those people in varying degrees of that stage.  

Experts and seasoned investors who could have access to private lenders or who are private lenders themselves are frequently included in these organizations.Attend real estate investing classes or educational activities.

And listings are on the market for months with frequent price cuts, which seems to indicate that prices are on a downward trend in the near term. 

I am not totally sure if I am set in stone regarding this strategy in Las Vegas, however I did pinpoint this city and area as I frequently visit from California multiple times per year.
