Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.

So in that respect it is a good option, and location is also very good.These are all studio apartments with a living area of 392 SF (not too bad from Waikiki standard), however the price in this building has already gone much higher over the past few year.

There are plenty of transient markets in Florida where the supply of median home priced properties can cash flow well but it would make no sense to purchase a luxury property in that market.
