They do not require any formal subdivision request or approvals, so no cost, apart from the survey cost, then they would assign a NEW SBL#.Based on our line in the sand 1350 ft frontage (aka 21 acres) the assessor calculated the assessment of the property so that we could make a somewhat 'legal'  offer.
