It is my firm belief that both investors and private lenders should do DUE DILIGENCE on each other - specifically, they should VERIFY each others' claims, as that is the first step in establishing credibility and establishing truthfulness.

At some point, you will want to pick up the phone and chat with one or more of the advisory firms that offer such plans to learn the in's and out's of how to successfully deploy your retirement capital into real estate.  

However the more I learned about the business, the more intrigued I became with the ideal of being an agent - to the point that I am interviewing firms over the next few weeks to see where may be the best fit and start my training.

I have quite some knowledge on financial analysis and worked in New York, building financial models for asset allocation and REIT analysis for a top financial firm.

She has since gotten a professional job (Google search of her name shows her working at an accounting firm), as well as a fiancé with income as well.  

I was just looking at the HUD website and it said "Buyer selects closing agent/firm" and I was just curious if there are any suggestions out there.  

I had to go back and study items to really keep ideas planted firmly in my mind.
