I am working with a tax accountant and I have explored the idea of a cost seg for accelerated depreciation.

It's an A to Z exploration of the whole process, including costs and how to determine them.

This situation is a little unique, though of course I always have faith that good investment decisions make money in any market.

If it helps to get the convo started, I'm a few months working out of university and I'm trying to explore the different markets and strategies that could work for me.

I have an opportunity and some questions about my seemingly unique situation before diving into real estate investment.

By the end of week 3, if things are opening back up, we will be dining out on the beach, staying in a hotel somewhere tropical because we will be so sick of being home, we just need to get out.Based on my circle of friends, this is not a unique situation. 

I know this is not unique to Raleigh, but just a suggestion to be cautious and find a GC and/or contractors you trust. 

I would expect this to be a relatively easy question if that were the case, unless this is truly a unique property in the area.

I actually think this upcoming recession will be somewhat unique (aren't they all?)
