There's a federal tax incentive:A taxpayer may claim a credit of 30% of qualified expenditures for a solar system that serves a residence located in the United States that is owned and used as a residence by the taxpayer.The LADWP (Los Angeles Department of Water & Power) also offers an incentive which comes in the form of a subsidy for the electricity you do get from the grid.

I have the power to get the loan, but I don't want to take the full taxable income if I plan on splitting all profits with them.

I rented a machine to get the water out, rented high powered fans and sprayed for mold and used a mold tester.

I'm in the process of flipping this house and while I know I'm going to be power washing the brick I can't decide if I should paint any of the white non brick siding or if I should just power wash that also.

I put a lot of $$ into bringing the electric, plumbing  up to code.  

I know having partners cuts my percentages down but it also increases our purchasing power.

I can't speak for all TK providers, but since my model is designed for long term buy and hold, then I am going to over renovate the home with granite in A+ properties, vinyl plank flooring in high traffic areas, brush nickel faucets, oil rubbed bronze fans, brush nickel cabinet knobs/handles, new vanities, new counter tops, address 98% of the items in the buyers inspection report, thicker carpet and carpet pads in the bedrooms, ceramic tile in showers and bathrooms, new supply hoses on all plumbing connections, update electrical systems, fix/install fences, repair outdoor storage, etc.  

I am concerned that at least one of the 2 walls is load bearing and both have electrical outlets in the walls.  

Until you have several properties, I don't believe you're going to have the bargaining power to really negotiate a much better rate.
