You should easily surpass the expense in income or cash saved with your goals.

Written communication (email or texts) work as well, email preferred unless you have a way to back your texts up easily so that you'll actually do so.You'll want to explain how to pay rent (money orders would work well since they're next door, but there are also some free electronic payment systems that are worth looking into for your convenience and theirs.

@John Thedford I went back and re-read your initial post that I found offensive where I called you unwise for lumping all brokers together & can easily admit that you were not necessarily referring to all wholesalers but rather wholesalers representing themselves as brokers, please forgive me for the misinterpretation?

Looking for a cloud-based portal for my tenants to easily manage their rent payments, lease, maintenance, etc.  

I can think of three main reasons this ordinance will backfire, and why they should not do it.1)  HUD's own maximum allowable rent is being easily surpassed by the market.  

Tons of things can be rectified easily over the phone.The repair up-charge is awesome.  

We agreed that this was OK with us, as it was only 8 days early, and agreed to rearrange our lives to help make this happen as a goodwill gesture.

However, I don't have the funds to buy every deal I look at right now, if so, I could be buying 5-10 per week right now easily.  

In my area I can get average monthly cost for the past 12 months easily on line.
