We are in the 90s on the waitlist, but why would someone give up their STR so we need around 300 units to be added to come off the waitlist.I definitely believe that the city is going to further curtail and restrict STRs.

There is always the Heloc path but those can gett you into trouble and have restrictions like shoter amortization, Prepayment penalties, interest only, (Can create bad habits of low payments) which causes a standstill balance.

Hey AlbertoWe have about 70 doors primarily in Tampa/St Pete/Clearwater area but also have some in Naples, Ft Myers, and Kissimmee.We are pretty much the same as you but I will add some caveats from our experience:January - Definitely good the first week but generally pretty bad the rest of the month.

I have tried to contact several attorneys and I have not been able to find one that is interested in the case because I don’t believe the contractor has money.But I definitely don’t want him doing this to anyone else.

No one here is going to be able to give you a straight answer.In terms of finding good materials at good prices, there are generally areas off the beaten path where contractors go, but it might require a wholesale license.
