I tell sellers if they are looking at a lease option, go in with your eyes open...if you are looking at GIVING TITLE...go in with your eyes VERY OPEN and with your ATTORNEY'S EYES as well.Bill is dead on (as usual...grrr) sellers are sellers...not investors...leave them on their own...and it all goes to crap.
