And you are all set.The 3rd year however could buy the inferior certificates and apply, but if you bought this deed, you would still be subject to the 4th through 8th years certificates and you would be responsible for those back taxes or still be in danger of tax foreclosure yourself.Like the other guy said, do your homework with each deal.Hope this helps!!
