If you are going to go to school in Florida I would think an university town like Tallahasee might be a good place.. student/ grad housing might be hot.. however IDK.. but on the coast- beach areas won't be affordable.

We use a 60usg tank in our student houses and duplexes (5 - 9 students) ... the building with 9 do occasionally exceed the recovery of the 60usg tank (but it is electric, not gas ... if it were gas, we would never have that issue).Note: we also use low-flow (1.5usg/minute) shower heads.
