For me, a delta of ~one month is not critical.

Setting expectation is critical.

Just severe mismanagement of funding and critical infrastructure.

If you are a jerk, stupid, critical, or a lawyer, expect the cost to go up 10-15% just for the hassle of dealing with you. 

Most that are critical are speaking of the poor business operation or outdated model, not some article.
