NOw you talk about an unmotivated seller.. that's the Oregon landowner who has been there 50 to 100 years has a million dollar worth of standing timber is living in some 1200 foot piece of crap home out in the woods.. but would not know what to do with the million bucks.. those were tough folks to close..

Nevertheless, she bought an end-of-group townhouse for a decent price, blaming me and my "stupid real estate crap" for every bump and scrape along the way.

I don't have enough money to buy a plane or big house or that crap, but I have enough to walk around s but what I want that's reasonable.

An experienced person specifically like me can walk in, cut through the crap and drill down to the nuts and bolts and figure it all out and if there is a deal to be had put it together.  

It's a way for them to enter your house for a low price and upsell you on crap that probably doesn't need to be done anyway.  

And that's even if he decides to pay up and not just ignore the whole thing.If he's ignoring you then bug the crap out of him even if it means calling him multiple times a day.
