I'm not so convinced that borrower has a fantastic defense to a foreclosure proceeding.

I have no experience with an abandonment of note defense.

There are professional training certificates for trades, 2-year associates degrees with concentration in very hands-on fields, and plenty of 4 year colleges where you can take 1 or more classes at a time, and not have to go all-or-nothing.In addition to the degree (even a 2-year degree is a college degree and confers a certain amount of respect), you network like crazy, have fun, do some growing up, and if you choose your college right, you have the opportunity to learn in-depth in areas that truly can help you along your chosen life path. 

With the purchase, I got some promos such as a digital download of Brandon Turner's book on No and low money down investing, some video interviews, and conference audios.

Keep in mind that probably every group does it a bit differently; this is all my own observations and opinions.The meeting is held once a month at a local hotel, in one of the bigger conference rooms.  

The IRS's preferred methodology is engineering-based and that is what we provide and is most defensible if you are ever audited.

They have a conference coming up in May (Scottsdale) that is really great!  

We have already mapped out our conferences for this year which looks very different than past years.

The property would be purchased in one conference room at a title co and resold for a higher price in the adjoining conference room.
