Good decision on not buying the $41k coaching package!

If you're looking to spend top dollar on RE education, there are Canadian specific programs (REIN is the big one) and coaches which I would investigate. 

The ones who understand the value dont need the coaching but the ones who do need it might not be willing to fork over the cost associated with coaching, its a double edged sword!!!

Joel, myself, turnkey operators, agents, lenders and coaches would all fall into this category.2.

You can get 1 on 1 coaching from big players in this area for under $200 an hour. coaching is generally much better than classes. it's tailored directly towards you and holds you much more accountable to take action if you're doing 1 on 1 coaching every 2 weeks.

They will of course try and sell you on more ongoing coaching, the free seminar leads to the bootcamp which leads to the monthly coaching which leads to the ultra mastermind insiders club group etc etc.
