I said adding her children as occupants clears them up as long-term occupants vs guests for legal and insurance purposes.

My parents  bought land and built a house at Wangi Wangi in 1980 for their retirement moved there in 1990 then  my dad  passed away a year later.When I returned from living over seas with a wife and 2 children (3 now) in 2002 she sold the Wangi house and we moved to Bonnells Bay.

I am a successful professional but with a wife and five children even my good income still makes it challenging to save up enough cash to feel comfortable starting down this road.
