I found the Ugliest house on the block that I'm turning into something beautiful.

Due to the risk of hurricanes we need to build the main structures from block, steel and cement. 

I could include a flat fee in rent each month, but that seems like asking for pain and a good way to hemorrhage money. 

Can you imagine a politician telling the largest voting block that they will do nothing to change a 25% decrease in their income?  

And ask them if they're sure they're comfortable paying this amount knowing how painful it is to have it not work out.

Real estate is as much of a relationship business as it is a numbers one, and having a team of solid individuals with you can greatly mitigate any growing pains and shorten the learning curve!

I am considering changing my process because it is a bit of a pain to show every vacancy to multiple tenants.

One lesson I’ve learned over the years is that sometimes, it’s okay not to have the nicest property on the block.

Over 7 months I transformed it into the nicest home on the block.
