If you do that though you can't actually take out any of the cashflow...because the problem with CapEx is that it doesn't actually cost just 8% of your rent. when it come it comes big and heavy, so you'll need to be able to build up to having that reserve account...some people like to gamble and will take it out...I personally don't recommend taking cashflows from your real estate until you're much further along with much larger reserves.

Check on website if yours does.For us Landlords with a business account it is a bit complicated Wells Fargo my bank only allow Zelle transfers into personal accounts.

If you have purchased landlord form(s) already, you can expect to see a credit for the cost of the landlord form(s) applied to your Pro account renewal.

It was an international wire and the funds never showed up in the escrow account.

I have been researching different routes and avenues but curious to get first hand accounts from others what their experiences have been. 

Any PM that suggests that a wait and see strategy is a good idea is lazy and only avoiding doing their job.Agree on all accounts!
