Sometimes its all capped out and overvalued and sometimes there are huge opportunities for growth that are not being utilized such as adding a laundry facility, vending machines, garage parking, storage etc etc etc.

Yes it's a money printing machine but it flickers on and off sometimes. 

There is nothing quite like the sound of heels hitting the deck in unison and bodies moving as if they were part of the same machine.

They're cheap and will let you run Time Machine for free.  

Tenants can be hard on common area laundry's so getting commercial, coin operated machines would be a better route to go. 

The washing machine went down that same week.

I’m a newbie but thinking about downloading the deal machine app.

(to provide new machines and collect the money, and service)  Does anyone have one they would recommend? 

You can buy and place vending machines or video game, pinball or pool machines.
