My sister is definitely getting $100 in scratchers for Christmas!!!!

Her sister was looking for a house and my wife spotted this and sent it to her.  

My sister lives in Jax and we have a close friend who's a realtor there.

We did finally get the building permit and we built a 7,500 sq ft house that we designed ourselves to quench our thirst for space.That was our first taste of real estate and it turned out to be a great experience because we didn't give up.A few years later, after I sold the house cleaning business, I tried my hand at wholesaling and then later various other strategies with my sister who is now my partner in our online comps service.

Essentially, requiring the tenant to acknowledge that the roof over their head is the first bill paid each month, before the credit cards, before the utilities, before the car payment, before their sister's wedding, etc.... 

No drug use, but not really mentally stable.So my sister talked him into moving near us.

This program sounds too good to be true, but I used them, my sister used them, best friend used them and my niece will use them. 

After I get my real estate license, I will try my best to bring them more deals, since the fund has a sister company that does commercial real estate. 

City’s like Lompoc or Santa María would be more realistic if you are looking for a cash flow property.
