Pretty cold down here in Orlando/Four Corners area - well, not the temperature, but certainly the booking rates!

Here in Orlando our lawyer is the trustee and the owner's name will look something like this: Real Estate Attorney; as trustee of the 123 Main St.

Once I have a great team of colleagues and a comfortable financial cushion, I would like to do rehabs and eventually own and manage multi-family properties.While I’m based in Orlando, FL, I’m interested in investing throughout FL, GA, VA, MD and DC.RE experience:I have some prior experience in real estate as a landlord for a few condos (I’ve sold those properties).

I live in between Miami and Orlando.

Alternatively, I am also open to/have considered a couple pivots; specifically in Sacramento single-family homes with the potential for garages to be converted into an ADU, OR in out-of-state rental property investing for purposes of immediate cash flow (Killeen Texas, Orlando Florida, and Phoenix, Arizona come to mind).
