Maybe it's a lack of compassion for the human race, maybe they are foster children that had to fight for food scraps, who knows, may be they just think they know something becaosue some other crook told them something a whi;le back and they just don't know any better.

I am in the Jacksonville, Florida area on the journey to getting out of the rat race.

It was almost like we were in a race with Las Vegas.

The only way I could see a hard money loan described as being "risky", is if the borrower miscalculates, gets too short of a term, then it becomes a race against time to complete the project.

I wanted to start building wealth and have freedom to do what i want rather than being stuck in the rat race and have no life.
