I would think the fact, that you may be staying somewhere else, in the same city, many nights, would not be seen as something that eliminates the primary residence status, since you're not renting out your unit to someone else.

My take based on everything I've seen is that it would more than likely not be considered dealer status and therefore not subject to all the SE taxes.Are there other things I'm missing that would suggest otherwise?

I could be very wrong about this, but I think that Florida is, and will be a gold mine for years to come, because of the probate, and out of state homeowners are so saturated in the state.

It also checks criminal and eviction status & gives me the info on the evictions so I can confirm whether it is my applicant or not (they aren't filed by ssn here, & lots of john smiths ;) ).
