(If it's because you noticed the shower sprayer in the photo, I would actually end up taking that out so as not to encourage showers in this bath since the walls aren't tiled high enough.)

Oh - and be sure to get a picture uploaded (people interact well with those with pictures!)

I would definitely recommend adding a profile picture, as it helps enhance interaction with other members.

I encourage you to read up on wholesaling here, become a sponge.  

But all those cultural restrictions is more than offset by a tradition of honesty and integrity, especially in business.Thanks to our badly broken Japanese, communication in daily life is scattered with many amusing interactions.

Int he short term, I'd encourage you to study up, work on your credit, and narrow down what neighborhoods you are and aren't interested in.  

Motivated folks to interact with is always fun!
