To give some more information on my plan, I am in the beginning stages of contacting lawyers, agents, contractors, mortgage brokers, and hard money lender to build out my contact list.Simultaneously, I am beginning to develop systems for generating leads.I have been listening to the BP Podcast for the past year and it has been a tremendous help in driving my interest in REI.

Better yet the attorney might ask to be sent that information upfront so the attorney can review ahead of time before the in person consultation.Might be 250 to 300 plus for an hour with the attorney.

They don't seem to care (or understand) that this will sink our building financially - they only say that we need to bring things back into compliance with the laws and are not offering any other solutions.We are looking at a potential VERY high special assessment to cover a lot of repair expenses (mostly to interior work due to tenant damage of rented units) so I'm looking to arm myself with information and questions to ask.Any input will be GREATLY appreciated!

I would be offering listings containing cash buyers within the last 6 months in designated area with all of their information, list of each house purchased and for how much.
